Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays from us all here at r4n! There are lots of events, races and training coming up in the new year to look forward to, so keep that finely tuned body in tip-top condition over the festive season  🙂

Still to come before Christmas, for those of you who are boot-campers, we have the Turbo Charged Bootcamp night-beer-burpees-obstacle-jingle-bell-run at the Watershed on Sat 20th followed by drinks and appies back at Greg and Shauna’s. This event will be extensively covered by this pathetic blog, so watch out for lots of incriminating footage and libelist copy to come.

On January 17th we have the start of the Sun Run InTraining Clinic at the Tonge Louie YMCA. These Sunday morning clinics are fantastic and well worth attending if you want to learn how to run a 10k or you’re a runner already and want to run faster. There are groups for all abilities, there’s also a walking group if you’d just like to improve your walking distance and fitness. The Sun Run is on April 19th

There’s the BMO half marathon on May 3rd, registration is now open and is $99 until the end of the year. As well as the whole Rock’n’Roll series of half marathons to look forward to and in particular the cult Las Vegas half marathon, where we run the strip at night.

Not forgetting a Tough Mudder in Whistler on June 20/21st, team run4nachos entry into the Mt Seymour Spartan on June 6th, the Spartan Beast on September 26th and a whole host of other races and events to come.

It’s going to be a busy one so stayed tuned!

Here’s to a great 2015 full of good running, good health and good fun. We’re raring to go …. see you soon!
